Setup for Asiasat 3s, Nss6 and Insat 3A/4B on 4feet Dish

Today i setup three big satellites(Asiasat 3s at 105.5East, NSS6 at 95East and DD Direct at 93.5)  on single 4feet Dish antena.These satellites have number of 
veiwers from Pakistan, Afghanistan,India,Srilanka, Bangladesh and some parts of middle east.Due to best and unique channels on these satellites, they are popular 
in these countries. even you want to watch Dish tv, you have to allign your dish antena towards nss6 at 95East. you can also watch 100% fta channels on DD direct 
or doordarshan. Asisat 3s also have best channels to watch.

New Channel 3Sports on Aghansat 48D

Good news for cricket lovers because Afghanistan has launched its official sports channel named as 3sports which is shifted from Yamalsat 49E on Eutelsat 48D . 
(new name Afghansat).This satellite was launched on 20th December 2008 by french telecommunication authority.In January 2014 Afganistan signed an agreement with Eutelsat to use this satellite  
for broadcasting puposes.

Not only 3Sports but many channels have been launched from Afghansat.Zhwandoon TV,Shamshad TV, BBC persia, Negaah TV, 1 TV AFG,  RTAm France 24 English, Ariana TV and Mitra TV. 
Afghansat will provide its beam to Afganistan, Pakistan,India,Srilanka,Bangladesh and some parts of Middle east.

How to align a Satellite

Equipment needed:Dish antena, LNBf(C-band or KU-band), Satellite receiver, Coaxial cable(according to your requirement), Multimedia cable and Television 
Setup of equipment:

1. connect Dish Receiver with Television through Multimedia cables. 
2. Now connect one end of Coaxial cable with Dish receiver and 2nd end with LNB. 
3. before moving ahead you have to made some changes in Satellite receiver. 
4. ->Open Menu  
   ->Add a satellite in Receiver and named it Intelsat 45East 
   ->Lnb Type=Universal 
   ->Lnb frequency=for C-band satellites: 5150-5150, and for KU band satellite 9750-10500. 
   ->Diseqc Switch=Port 1 (Diseqc switch should not be connected to the dish).thats it save your settings. 
5. Now feed strong frequency of your desired satellite into satellite receiver.for strong frequencies please visit <a href="http://www.satelliteupdates.com/p/satellite-in-pakistan-abs-7-116e-ku.html" target="_blank">Strong frequencies.</a>  
6. Satellite receiver settings (as i mentioned above) could be changed from receiver to receiver.

Today i am going to tell you how to allign C-Band Russian Satellite Yamal 201 at 90East. I mention in my Previous tutorials that it is ten times hard to find C-Band satellites as compared to KU-Band satellites.

many people tried to align this satellite but couldn't setup  due to technical problems in this satellite .Keep in mind before fiding any Russian satellite that the operating </div>
system of these satellites is different from other satellites, these satellites produce circular signals which cannot received through ordinary LNBfs,or  
may be the signals are not strong enough to catch picture  So here you have to use Teflon patti(a piece of stone) which will convert circular signals into  
linear signals, so that Lnbfs can easily transfer these linear signals to receiver.keep in mind that Satellite receivers accept linear signals only. 
Now here you can see how i put teflon patti inside the lnb.

before moving ahead move your Dish antena between East and South  
 
So here we go 
1. connect Dish Receiver with Television through Multimedia cables. 
2. Now connect one end of Coaxial cable with Dish receiver and 2nd end with LNB. 
3. before moving ahead you have to made some changes in Satellite receiver. 
4. visit nearest Dish antena's shop and ask him to feed all Yamal 49East channels.because it will help you to find signals, you can also use strong frequency to find  
   channel signals.for strong frquencies please visit::<a href="http://www.satelliteupdates.com/p/satellite-in-pakistan-abs-7-116e-ku.html" target="_blank">Strong Frequencies</a> 
   Now 
   ->Open Menu  
   ->Add a satellite in Receiver and named it Paksat 38.0 East 
   ->Lnb Type=Standard 
   ->Lnb frequency=5150 
   ->Diseqc Switch=Port 1 (Diseqc switch should not be connected to the dish).thats it save your settings. 
5.  Satellite receiver settings (as i mentioned above) could be changed from receiver to receiver. 
6.   As i said your dish antena should be between East and West. 
7.  so the elevation angle of your Dish antena should be between 47 degree to 51 degree,    according to your area/place.for more information about elevation  
    angle please click::<a href="http://www.sat-direction.com/" target="_blank">Sat-Direction</a> 
8.  Now tight Dish antena's lnb skew at -23.7 degree (anticlockwise). thats all, now sit back and take a cup of tea because you have done your 50% work . 
9. now you are ready to search Paksat .make sure each and every step should be clear before searching the satellite. 
10. move your dish in a Zigzag way(up down left right). keep in mind that the direction of your Dish antena should be between East and South. 
11. Keep moving your Dish antenain a zigzag way. surely you will get signals from Yamal 201.
